The pre-existing tenants are all professionals in their 20s but students are welcome to enquire as well. There is a cheeky flat cat as well if you are a fan of living with a cat companion. The pre-existing tenants all work during the day or evenings and like to travel often so the flat is quiet most of the day. We are not a party flat but small dinner do's, overnight guests etc are welcome as long as its communicated with the other flatmates.
