Hello I am renting a double room in a flat with a garden. (There will be just you and me) and i may not be here one week on one week off or weekends. All bills inc. 1 stop from king’s cross. 11 min from caledonian road station. There is a double room with lot of natural light, a desk and 2 wardrobes.
There’s a washing machine and dryer. A projector. Also a separate fully furnished separate Kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.

The flat is a 11-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station, which is about 10–15 minutes to Leicester Square/Covent Garden by tube (Piccadilly Line), and just one stop from King’s Cross, where most lines are available.

You can also take a bus about 10 minutes to Camden Town (25 min by walk) or 15 minutes to Leicester Square. Very practical location!

The area is very safe. Im working in the film and music industry.
