Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy starting 1st August, 2026. It’s a 2-bedroom flat and you will be living with my current flatmate, a female. She’s incredibly sweet, helpful, tidy and honestly everything you could ask for in a flatmate. I’m really sad to be leaving this flat behind but life happens :(

The rent is excluding bills but everything normally amounts to £1100 a month or lesser.

The flat boasts two well sized bedrooms, and a third smaller room which can be utilised as an office or storage room. Currently we use it as a storage space or for when our guests come over.

The area is renowned for its eclectic culture, with an abundance of markets, cafes, and restaurants that cater to every taste.
