Hello! I'm looking for a clean, friendly and social flatmate to occupy an amazing and cozy top floor (8th) 2-bedrooms flat, only sharing with one tenant. Unfortuanately after spending 5 amazing year with my current flatmate, she's moving back to Australia, that's why I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this amazing place.
(Available - from 1st December)

About the flat:
It is situated within 2 minutes walk to Holloway Road station - (Piccadilly) and Highbury & Islington station - 10 mins walk (Victoria, Piccadilly, overground, National Rail), along with several bus stops to the city.

Situatied on the top floor (8th), south facing, with nice view from from the balcony. There's a spacious bathroom, huge kitchen dinning room with all the appliances and living room with TV, sofa etc.

The house is fully furnished (as we bought most of the furnitures when moved in), you'd have a very spacious bedroom, with plenty of storage space, and can defintely have a lot of room to put desk, few wardrobes and spacious enough to do yoga.
The flat is decorated with good taste in high quality standard. Also, we have 3 storage rooms in this flat, which leave a lot of space for your room and the living room.

The room is £1075 / month excluding ultility bills and council tax (which is around £170 each).

Current tenants:
Working professional - most of the time in the office or sites or working abroad, and once in a couple of weeks WFH. So if you need to work from home, you have the whole place!
I love to travel, going to check out different places, spend a lot of time cooking up feasts, long-distance cycling and swimming. I enjoy great food and good company and like to throw the occasional dinner, hanging out with friend for dinner and wine.
Living, studying and working abroad for 12 years now in different countries: HK, Canada, Australia, Germany & UK

Landlord & Deposit:
The landlord is super easy-going and friendly who eager to sort things out immediately if needed. They haven't increase rent the past year (hope it will stay like this hahah)
Deposit will be 1 month rent

I am looking to open this lovely home to another clean, friendly and respectful individual. I appreciate keeping the space clean and tidy, the flat was in excellent condition when moved in 5 years ago and certainly want to keep it that way!
