The room is in a delightful 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom terraced house in a great location, in the neighbourhood of Islington. The bathroom and living areas are shared. The house is on three floors and the spare room is on the first floor. It comes furnished with a simple bed and a wardrobe. We are looking for someone to rent the room from july 2026 to june 2027. We are a friend group of five girls and we are undergraduate students. Over the next year, we are planning on hosting a couple of small gatherings with our friends, maybe a few bigger parties so we need our sixth housemate to not mind that. We are looking for a girl, preferably a student.
