Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat near Holloway Road as my flatmate will be moving out.
The flat has lots of space since it's spread over 3 floors including a big living room, with the option to turn the living room into one big bedroom and I'll take the two smaller rooms.
10 minutes walk from Tufnell Park station and Holloway Road, with a selection of shops and cafes.

Flat is located on the 4th floor within a gated community. Has a bathroom with a bath/shower with a separate toilet, kitchen is spacious and also has a washing machine.

Water is included in the rent and no gas since the property is all electric with the energy bill varying each month.

Internet is currently £12.35 and council tax is £83.50

I'm working full time in retail with varying shifts each week, I'm also tidy and fairly quiet. Ideally looking for someone with similar interests or that I at least can get on well with, happy to socialise and go out for drinks or to a pub quiz or just have a chill time at the flat.
