Hi everyone!

£300 deposit, refundable provided the room is left clean and in the same condition it was received. Any cleaning or damage costs may be deducted from the deposit.
Bills included: Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Fast Wi-Fi
🛏️ The Room
A large, sunny double bedroom with a cosy sitting area and plenty of natural light from two large windows overlooking an open view.
The room includes: Double bed, Bedside table ,Sofa, Desk & chair, Clothing rack, Small wardrobe, Bookshelf, Electric fan (for the warmer London nights!), Record player (if you'd like to show some love to my vinyl collection 🎵)
Blackout curtains are also installed if complete darkness is your preferred sleeping environment.
🏡 The Flat
A spacious two-bedroom flat spread across three internal levels, located on the 4th floor of the building (with a lift).
One of my favourite things about the layout is that each bedroom is on its own floor, with the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet in between. It gives everyone plenty of privacy—we sometimes don't even cross paths for days!
The flat has: Spacious kitchen, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Kettle & tea maker, Coffee machine, Drying rack, Fully equipped kitchen, Storage room for your shoes and jackets.
There's no private garden, but the estate has a lovely large communal green space that's perfect for sitting outside or going for a walk.
Free parking is also available.
You'll be sharing with one lovely professional woman who works from home two days a week.
The flat has a calm, respectful atmosphere. We keep the shared spaces clean, respect each other's privacy, but also enjoy the occasional chat over a cup of tea if you're up for it.
