Hello!
My flatmate and I are moving out and are looking for two people to take over our rooms in this 3 bedroom flat in N7 between Kentish Town & Tufnell Park.
There are x2 double rooms available (one smaller than the other). Both rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress and wardrobe. We have a spacious kitchen and shower. There is no living room and we have been able to manage just fine this way as we all get along really well and have our catchups either in the kitchen or in someone’s room etc. however, if we struggle to find someone to take over the 3rd room, the landlord is happy to convert it into a living room but this would in effect mean bills will be divided by 2 people instead of 3. Total house bills are about £200, give or take.
The third bedroom is occupied by a current flatmate (Emily, 24, works in marketing, full time in office). However, Emily may be moving out in June/July so if you’re a three person buddy up, enquire anyway.
Both rooms are available from May 9th onwards. The deposit is £1000 each and refundable at the end of your tenancy (minus rent arrears and/or damages).
The building is 20 minutes to King’s Cross via bus or tube. The bus stop is right outside the flat taking you direct to Oxford Circus/Tottenham Court Road and Victoria, Tufnell Park station is a 5-7 minute walk and Kentish Town is a 12 minute walk. We have corner shops, cafes, bakeries, charity shops, takeaways, post office, hair and nail salons only a 5 minute walk away.
