A bright, spacious en-suite double bedroom is available in my centrally located Waterloo home. Just 3 minutes’ walk from Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) and 7 minutes’ walk from Waterloo Station (trains, Jubilee & Northern lines), the house couldn’t be better connected.

The room comes with a large double bed (that can be made into a single bed to make space for a desk) and private bathroom. The house also has a small garden.

You’d be sharing with me, a 36-year-old female TV professional, and my friendly 5-year-old cat – so cat lovers are very welcome!

I’m looking for a female who’s friendly, considerate, and respectful of the space. Minimum stay is 1 month, with the option to rent for up to 3 months.

Rent: £1350 per month (all bills included)
