The rent is currently £1150, bills are not included (~£150).

Move-in date: end of May (slightly flexible)

The property is located between Oval (12 min walking distance) and Stockwell tube stations (16 min walking distance). 2 minutes walking distance to the closest bus station.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate to move into the flat.

I enjoy exercising, reading, learning languages, meeting friends, going to exhibitions, and painting.
