* Someone who is clean, tidy and has a shared interest in taking care of the space, as I do

* Sociable and good craic/sense of humour, but respectful of other people's space and routines

* No preferences on WFH status (+ you will have solo access to desk space in the living room to WFH or set up a TV/PC).

* No loud noise after 11-12 pm, please, to keep the neighbours happy. More relaxed on this over the weekend

* No strong opinion on smoking, but if you do smoke, please use the landing outside - smoking inside the property is not allowed per contract
