Currently on the lookout for someone tidy, friendly, and respectful to sublet my double room in our townhouse in Vauxhall while I have an upcoming holiday.

- 5 min walk to Nine Elms Station (Northern)
- 8 min walk to Stockwell Station (Northern, Victoria)
- 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria, National Rail Services)

- 5 min walk to massive Sainsbury’s (32 aisles)
- 8 min walk to Lidl

💵 Rent: £1000/month + bills (would work out cost accordingly depending on how long your stay is)

The room is relatively spacious for London and gets great natural light. It comes with a double bed and is perfect for someone new to London, between rentals, or needing a short-term stay. The house also has:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Comfortable living area
- Fast WiFi
- bathroom shared with only one other housemate
- 3 friendly, easy-going male housemates in late 20s/early 30s, all down to socialise in the evening, watch a film together or have a drink or two over the weekend.
