We are 2 flatmates ( 2 guys ) looking for a 3rd person to join our shared flat in Pimlico;

We are professionals with busy lives/schedules who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and ideally we want someone mature, over 25 y/o, respectful with common spaces and tidy.

Preferred not working from home
NOT couples.

We keep the house like our home, we have plants and flat is well kept. Kitchen fully equipped. Separate bathroom from toilet.

The room window faces a non traffic square, which is very quiet. It’s a very big room with big wardrobe.

£1150 per month, bills not included: Electricity is a top up system
Council tax and water is around £45 per month
We don’t have broadband but we are open to have it.

7 minutes walk to Pimlico station,
15 minutes walk to Sloane Square station. 10 minutes walk to Battersea power station.
