I’m subrenting a room in this 2-bed floating house with a flexible starting date starting from now or 1st of March. But I am not in a rush to find a good roommate and if its a good fit the move in can be even later. It’s a purpose-built houseboat, so it feels like a normal modern flat — just with better views. It is part of the Nine Elms Pier community which has a big barbecue area and a swimming pool for everybody to use during the summer just on top of the pier.
