Hi! I’m moving in with my partner and looking for someone to take over my contract. There contract is until 16th of August.

THE HOUSE
You’ll be sharing with a friendly Brazilian named Iris.

The living room is spacious, with a large dining table, work desk, comfy sofa, and a good TV. It gets lots of natural light and is perfect for dinners or having friends over.

The bathroom was renovated about a year and a half ago. It has a modern shower with both handheld and rain shower heads. There’s plenty of space and lots of storage.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a brand new dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and a large fridge/freezer.

THE ROOM
This is my favourite room I’ve had in London. It’s spacious, with a big wardrobe. The bed is about a year and a half old, large and comfortable, with extra storage underneath. There are plenty of plug sockets and enough space to do yoga in private. The flat is furnished, but if you want any of the extra furniture I bought, I’m happy to discuss a price.

THE RENT
Rent is £1100 per month, paid at the start of each month, with a one-month deposit.
Bills aren’t included, but they’re about £100 a month with council tax. It’s usually less in summer and a bit more in winter. The flat is well insulated, and the windows are great, so it’s easy to keep warm.

THE AREA
If you live here, you get free access to the Elephant Gym three days a week. It has a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and a large gym area.

I’ve lived in Elephant and Castle for six years, and it’s a great, relaxed area. There are lots of good bars, restaurants, parks, and cafes nearby. The tube is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a 24-hour bus stop right outside the house.

There’s a large Sainsbury’s and a big Morrisons about 7 to 10 minutes’ walk away, plus smaller supermarkets just a couple of minutes from the flat.
