About the flat:
I’m looking for a social and easy-going young professional to join me in my newly renovated flat in Kennington. The place has just been fully refurbished, with a brand new kitchen, modern appliances, and fresh carpets throughout.
It’s a 3-bed flat with a spacious living room and a separate office. There’s also a private patio (perfect for summer), plus secure outdoor storage with space for up to three bikes. At the moment it’s just me living here, but the third bedroom will be filled as well.
Kennington has great pubs and restaurants, with East Street Market and Lidl nearby, and several gyms within a 5-minute walk. You’re also within walking distance of the river and Burgess Park.
About me:
I work in tech consulting and am usually in the office four days a week, so the flat is quiet during the day. Outside of work, I’m an Arsenal fan and enjoy heading out to pubs or trying new restaurants around London. At home I’m pretty relaxed, always up for a chat or a beer, but also respectful of personal space.
About you:
I’m looking for someone like-minded who values a tidy and friendly home. The vibe is relaxed and sociable, and It’d be great if you enjoy the a midweek pub trip, and having friends over is absolutely welcome.
About the room:
A large double room with a king sized bed. There's a desk and wardrobe in the room and it's just had new carpet laid down.
It's 10 minutes from Kennington station and it's in zone 1 so walking distance from central London.
Bills come to £150pp for energy, council tax, water, WiFi and service charge.
