Room is for someone living outside London and come to work for a few days during the week.

I live by myself in a lovely Victorian House in Peckham. The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Guests will have priority for bathroom in the mornings as I have flexible hours.

The room is at the back of the first floor overlooking the garden, so it's nice and quiet. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and shelving. Bedding can be provided. Happy for you to leave a limited number of items in the room but may sometimes be used for friends/relations at the weekends.
There is a large kitchen diner.

Tenant will have access to one of the living rooms, the garden and obviously the kitchen diner. It is a very comfortable and calm house.

As a host I am in and out of the house alot. Happy to have chats in the kitchen but equally happy to let you get on with things.

Very good transport links with an 8 min. walk to East Dulwich and 10 min. to Peckham Rye stations. Also very good area with bars, coffee shop and restaurants in area.

I'm looking for someone who is considerate, straight forward, tidy and easy going.
