We’ve got a cosy room available in a lovely flat right on Peckham High Street available asap.

2 bathrooms, shared kitchen + living space, and bike storage downstairs.

Neighbours are young and friendly. The location is super convenient — Camberwell, and Peckham Rye Station are about 10 minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop practically on our doorstep, making it really easy to get around.

The area has everything you could need within walking distance — from your go-to Morley’s or sit down restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, and local markets (let’s not forget about our amazing carboot). It’s a lively, well-connected neighbourhood with a real sense of community.

You’ll be joining a creative, laid-back household. All previous housemates have been artists from UAL Camberwell, which is just a short walk away. Whether you’re a student or working in a creative field, you’ll feel right at home here. The place is on the smaller side but in such a great location.
