Hi! My flatmate is moving out to start a PhD in Birmingham, so I'm looking for someone to take her room from 1st October.

The rent is £1000 per month (excluding bills). The flat is about a 5-minute walk from Peckham Rye station, right by Peckham Library. It's fully furnished, with the bedroom part furnished, and the building has indoor bike storage.

We get a great view of London's skyline as the flat overlooks Surrey Canal walk - we're also round the corner from Lidl which is very handy!

Bills come to roughly £95 per person each month, and council tax is £79 each per month.

I work in the civil service, enjoy a night in but always up for the pub!
