We have a lovely fully furnished double bedroom available in our attractive and well-maintained flat in Peckham/Camberwell.

The flat is spacious, comfortable and well presented, with a bright and welcoming feel throughout.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, and there are two modern bathrooms – particularly convenient in a shared flat.

Everything is kept clean and tidy, with a professional cleaner visiting once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Location

The flat is conveniently situated in Peckham/Camberwell, between Peckham Rye and Burgess Park, giving you easy access to all three areas and their transport links and local amenities.

The location gives you a great combination of everything this part of South London has to offer. Peckham has a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and independent shops, while Camberwell has its own lively mix of cafés, pubs, restaurants and everyday amenities.

For anyone who enjoys having green space nearby, Burgess Park is also within easy reach – ideal for walking, running, cycling, exercising or simply relaxing outdoors.

Food shopping is very convenient, with a Sainsbury's Local approximately five minutes' walk from the flat.

The Room & Flatmates

The double bedroom is well presented and comes fully furnished with everything shown in the photographs, including a good-quality wardrobe, study desk and chair, chest of drawers and other bedroom furniture.

You would be sharing the flat with three male working professionals.

The flat would ideally suit a non-smoking professional or international student looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home while working or studying in London.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples.

Rent & Bills

The rent is £225 per week (£975 per calendar month) and includes:
• Gas
• Electricity
• Water
• Council Tax
• Fast wireless broadband
• Weekly professional cleaning of the communal areas

There are no additional household bills to pay.

The total deposit is equivalent to four weeks' rent (£900) and will be protected through the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

To reserve the room, you would initially pay £225, equivalent to one week's rent. One day before you move in, you would then pay:

• £675 – the remaining three weeks of the deposit
• £975 – your first month's rent in advance

Length of Stay

The minimum stay is one month, and we require four weeks' notice when you decide to leave.

Your deposit will be held in the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
