I’m looking for an LGBT-friendly flatmate to share a beautiful, well-kept flat in East Dulwich.

You’d be sharing with a friendly, easy-going gay Glaswegian. I’m usually out and about during the week with work and the gym, and at weekends I’m often socialising. That said, I also love a chilled evening in — cooking, watching a good film or TV series, and enjoying a relaxed, comfortable home.

The flat is arranged over two floors, which gives a great sense of space and privacy. Your bedroom, along with the large kitchen, living room and small bathroom, are on the first floor. My bedroom and the second bathroom/shower room are upstairs.

The location is a real highlight: just a 2-minute walk to Lordship Lane, with its great mix of cafés, bars and restaurants. East Dulwich station is a 6-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge in around 15 minutes, plus plenty of bus routes nearby.

Rent: £1,300 per month, including all bills, a fortnightly cleaner, and Sky TV with Netflix, Paramount+ and Sky Cinema.
