We’re offering a comfortable single room in our family home, perfect for someone who enjoys a warm, family-friendly environment. We are a family of four with two children, aged 6 and 8, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living in a home with kids.

The house is relatively new, built just 6 years ago. The room is bright and cozy, featuring a full-height window that opens onto a private balcony. All furnishings – including the bed, mattress, and other furniture – are brand new, recently purchased from IKEA.

You’ll have access to our open-plan kitchen if you’d like to cook or eat at home. The flat has two bathrooms, and one of them will be for your private use.

We enjoy welcoming guests and are happy to share our kitchen and common spaces. When possible, we love sharing meals and getting to know new people. We speak both Spanish and English at home and are happy to help with anything you might need as you settle into London.

This space is ideal for students visiting London for a short-term stay or for doctors doing a temporary observership at King’s College.
