Available from now. I am looking for a replacement tenant (or a couple) to take over my spot in a modern high-rise apartment at Flat 1305 Hawksbury Heights (SE17 1LD). This is an official Tenancy Assignment via the agent, Chase Evans.
The Room & Preferences:
En-suite Room: You will have a private, fully furnished double room with your own bathroom.
Couples Welcome: We are open to couples taking over the room.
Pets Considered: Well-behaved dogs are welcome!
Flatmate: You will be sharing with one female student (Mandarin speaker).
Location & Convenience:
Transportation: Extremely close to Elephant & Castle tube station and surrounded by numerous bus stops, providing excellent access to all of London.
Shopping: Two Chinese supermarkets and a large Sainsbury’s are all within a 3-minute walk.
Dining: Right downstairs, you’ll find an abundance of restaurants, including a wide range of Chinese and Korean options.
Financial Details:
Monthly Rent: £1,900 (excluding bills).
Security Deposit: £2,192.31 (Your share of the total protected deposit).
Pre-paid Rent: The rent has been pre-paid 9 months in advance (covering until June 27, 2026). The incoming tenant will need to reimburse the remaining pre-paid months to me directly once the official Deed of Assignment is signed.
Contract Fee: A £50 variation fee applies for the official name change.
Important Notes:
Student/Professional: Students preferred for Council Tax exemption (the property is Band E).
Official Process: The incoming tenant(s) must pass the official referencing process by Chase Evans.
