Looking for a young professional to take the other room in my flat from January. Located in lovely East Dulwich, the room has a large double bed fit with a desk, large cupboard and drawers. It is £1000 per month including bills.

I am looking for a relaxed and easy going person to share the flat with myself and my girlfriend Daisy, who works three days a week in the city and two at home. I am in between jobs but carry out ad hoc hospitality work four days a week.

We do like the flat to be clean but we're not super anal if a coffee gets spilt, pillows aren't plumped. We do obviously just expect that you clean up should you make a little mess. We want someone easy going who is happy to share the space with a friendly couple !

It's a very relaxed space where you can watch TV after a day at work, or read in the front room or on the balcony. It's also located a 10 minute walk from a newly refurbished gym if you want to get a workout in.

The apartment has a large living room and a balcony with chairs to have your morning coffee, lunch or dinner, whatever you like. The apartment is also equipped with a spacious kitchen, washer, drying rack and plenty of storage space.

It's also a 2 minute walk from bus connections to Peckham, Camberwell, Oval, and central London, a 5 minute walk from Peckham Rye and a 10 minute walk from Dulwich Park. There is space to keep your bike or a bike storage area in the grounds of the building.

The area is likewise very, very safe and there is a market on Saturdays on Lordship Lane, also a 5 minute walk away. It's ideal if you want to enjoy a lovely neighbourhood with easy connections to the best areas of London.
