Hello lovely people! ☺️
I moved into a new flat in South Bermondsey a couple of months ago and I’m now looking for a friendly young professional to join me and another flatmate as a long-term lodger.
The flat is a new build, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a large balcony, communal courtyard and an additional terrace, with access to a lounge and co-working space. There’s also a part-time concierge, bicycle storage, and plenty of storage throughout the flat 🙌🏼
The double bedroom comes furnished and has direct access to the balcony. I have a desk you can use or very welcome to bring your own. I’m continuing to finish furnishing the living room over the next couple of months to make the space extra cosy.
📍 Location & Transport:
• 15 mins to London Bridge
• 20 mins to Elephant & Castle
• 30 mins to Canary Wharf
There are also lots of bus routes on Old Kent Road, a train station and an Overground within a 15-minute walk.
🛒 Shops & Amenities:
Three big supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and Iceland) are within a 10–12 min walk. There’s also a small convenience area by the concierge for any last-minute essentials.
👯♀️
I’d love to find someone who shares similar values around mutual respect, friendly vibes, good communication, and cleanliness. There’ll be three of us sharing the flat, so I am hoping to create a home where we could respect each other’s space but also be friends and hang out together too.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, please drop me a message! Looking forward to hearing from you 🌿
