Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate mate as my current flatmate will be moving out in late April.

Bit about me: I currently work from home and have a lovely, friendly cat called Frodo who is something of a legend around these parts. I'm a big music fan and go to lots of concerts. I like a peaceful life so I don't really have parties or anything like that. Im also a bit of a nerd so like gaming and watching films. I like to smoke up also, so probably worth baring that in mind.

The flat itself is quite spacious. There's a spare room with a sofa bed which I also use as an office. We have a lounge which backs out onto the back garden, which is shared with the two flats above.

Bills per month:
Gas & electric - £80-£100
WiFi - £30
Council tax - £110

This is the total amount so this will be split in half between myself and new tenant. So you're looking at £100-£120 on bills
