Clean, quiet, and productive house. I’m a software developer working from home, so it’s ideal if you’re office-based or out and about during the day.

Price & Terms

Rent: £300 per week (All bills + high-speed Wi-Fi included).

Zero Deposit: Just pay in advance.

Notice: 1 week’s notice either way—total flexibility.

Viewing the House: Since the house will eventually be sold, there might be a viewing roughly one Saturday every couple of weeks, with plenty of advance notice.
