We are looking for a replacement tenant(s) to fill our flat from 3rd May, when we move out into a new house. Short term let possible - we will be giving our notice on May 1st which means we are looking to fill the flat for minimum 2 months whilst we see out our notice (as per the new Renters Rights Bill). Or you can take on a new rolling contract with the landlord from.

The flat is a two bedroom (one double and one single) basement flat. Both bedrooms have doors out onto private garden area. The single bedroom would work well as a home office, so we think the flat works perfectly for a couple.

Open plan kitchen/living area . Bathroom with over bath shower.

The flat is super conveniently located. Less than 5 min walk to Loughborough Junction and around 15 mins walk to both Herne Hill and Brixton.

The flat comes part furnished with - a large sofa, coffee table and book shelf. Double bed and mattress can also be left by us if that works for you.

We don’t have one but we know the landlord welcomes pets if you have one :)
