Large double bedroom in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath house in Nunhead with large garden. Sharing with 1 female, age 35 and a very sweet and friendly ginger cat (Wesley). Current housemate is very friendly, easy to get on with and chilled, who works full time in a gym Tuesday- Saturday.

The house is fully furnished. Though the bedroom will only contain: bed frame with underbed storage, mattress (this can be optional), large built in wardrobe.

Couples are welcome though the cost will increase to cover the extra bills.

5 min walk to Nunhead st
8 min walk to Queens rd Peckham
Excellent location in ideal neighbourhood.
