1 ensuite bedroom in a 6 bedroom house available, with double bed, desk and wardrobe. Some bills are included; broadband, water charges, council tax and Netflix.

Students only, we'd prefer students from the LCC campus since it's so close.

Layout:
On the ground floor there is a sitting room, a bedroom with access to a courtyard, and a downstairs toilet and shower (the shower is for use only for the tenant in the courtyard bedroom).
Then you get to an extra large kitchen that has two fridges, two ovens and plenty of space for all tenants. It leads out into the garden which is paved and gets plenty of sunlight.

On the first floor is one bathroom, separate WC, two ensuite bedrooms (one is an extra large room, 18ft by 10ft) and one double room (10ft by 10ft).

On the second floor is an extra large ensuite bedroom (18ft by 10ft), and a large double room (10ft by 10ft). All the bedrooms have large windows that let in plenty of light, and the largest rooms have two double windows each.

There are 6 bedrooms in total, with 1 available to rent.

Transport:
The house is located off the Walworth Rd, about 8 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle station, and 9 minutes walk to Kennington station. Also lots of bus routes connecting you from the Walworth Rd to all areas of London (Routes include 12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 468).

Local shops and restaurants:
There's a large Morrisons supermarket 1 minute walk away, and in case you need something late at night the Tesco Express is 2 minutes away and open from 7am to 11pm.

There are so many restaurants up and down the Walworth Rd, from Italian: La Luna, Thai: Mamma Thai, Lebanese: Bayroot, Chinese: Hakka Wakka, as well as the usual KFC, McDonalds and Subway.

There are quite a few bars too nearby: The Tap Inn, and the world famous club Ministry of Sound is 15 minutes walk away

Other local amenities:
PureGym is located 5 minutes walk away, and there is a small park 1 minute away. Burgess Park is one of the largest parks in the area and has tennis courts, a BMX track as well as Park Run every Saturday morning. It's just a 15 minutes walk away.
