The house is 3 mins walk from Lambeth North Tube station (Bakerloo Line), and 7 mins walk from Waterloo station

There is a small dog, mini long haired dachshund, who lives in the house too, he's friendly and not too noisey! This a fun busy house, it would suit someone aged between 20-30 years who has just arrived in and will be working in London.
The room is on the ground floor level of the house, and is a large double room (large double bed) & is light & spacious. There is a shared bathroom up a few stairs, shared with x2 others. It's a big house, with a large garden (for London standards) and a BBQ.
Everyone who lives there cooks up their own food, and often eat together. One or two of the flatmates smoke/vape.
