Ben (ad ref 16657359) and I have had an offer accepted and have paid the holding deposit for a penthouse in Bermondsey (3 bed 2 bath). It's a great area near Maltby Street, Bermondsey Street and Borough Market.

Unfortunately our third dropped out this morning so we're looking for a third to join us ASAP ideally in next 24hrs. I haven't been able to put a deposit amount in but there will be the remainder of the deposit to pay - total deposit is £4,211 so that would be about £1,403 each.

We're both looking for a sociable flat that would be down to head to the pub a few times a month and where we wouldn't just be ships passing in the night!

Both double beds are taken, but the ensuite is available - it's a big room with lots of space for a desk & storage. The flat has a wrap around terrace and a great view of the city.

Property comes unfurnished, so you'd need to get your own bedroom furniture, and for the living spaces we're thinking of getting things from Facebook marketplace or something similar and splitting the cost equally.
