Looking for someone to take over my room in our 2-bedroom flat from June as I’m moving closer to work!

The room is a great sized double with not one, but two wardrobes (perfect if you have too many clothes like me!) and tons of storage. The flat has recently been partly refurbished and we just purchased a brand-new pull-out sofa bed (see the photo with the grey sofa) which is super cozy for movie nights in the living room.

You’d be living with Sarra (25), who is one of the loveliest, most respectful people to share with. The flat has really calm, easy vibes and she'd make any new girl feel right at home 🌸

Location-wise it's brilliant, we're on a quiet road just off Walworth Road, around 6-7 mins walk to Kennington tube, 10 mins to Elephant and Castle, and there's a bus stop 2 minutes around the corner on Larcom Street. We also have a rooftop with views of both Westminster/the London Eye and Canary Wharf!

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful and kind to take over the room. Rent is £1020/month, with bills this comes to around £1180-1200.
