The flat has a very small extra room which can be used as a TV room and can sleep friends/family for the odd night. This room can also be used as an office if a desk less than 100cm wide is bought (TV table can then be moved to end of your bed). If used as an office, please be mindful that the other flatmate's mother may stay the occasional weekend once in a while.

The other flatmate lives a busy life and is out most of the time, and therefore better suited to a mature individual who appreciates their own clean/tidy space.

Flat will have a professional cleaned before move-in and then the kitchen and bathroom will receive a monthly clean.

Although plenty of space for 2 people, the property would feel cramped with a couple/pets.

There is a Sky Glass TV which can stay in the room for an additional £25/month (This would include Sky TV/Sky Cinema/Netflix, Disney + and Youtube Premium.

The flat has plenty of kitchen and dining ware. And Towels and bedding can also be left in the room.
