The flat has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. It’s a quiet, relaxed home, and there’s a good chance the flat may be mostly empty during the sublet, as the other tenants travel and work remotely. The room itself would be completely yours.

I’m looking for someone **clean, respectful and responsible** who will take good care of the flat. No parties or drama — ideally someone who wants a quiet place to stay and will treat the home as their own.
