We are subletting one of the rooms in our flat for about 2 month -free from the 6th April to end of May.

The flat:
- The place is a really nice flat ideally located right next to Bermondsey street, 10 minute walk from London Bridge.
- It’s a penthouse two-floor flat, with a big living room and open kitchen, exposed beams, and very luminous.
- We have a small terrace with beautiful views of the shard, London Eye and the City, and we have a bicycle and car parking spot.
- In terms of amenities we have a dishwasher, washing machine, and a drier.

The room:
- The room is a very nick ensuite room with its own bathroom including a bath and a toilet.
- The room also got quite a lot of storage for clothes which can be enough for 2 people
- The room is also very luminous (floor to ceiling windows) with direct view of the shard.

The area:
- The flat is just next to Bermondsey street where there are lots of tiny coffees, bars and cool restaurants. We are close to London Bridge station (10 min walk) but also Borough station and Bermondsey station.

We are 2 flatmates in the flat, respectively 29 and 27. I'm french, and Timothy is British. We both work and before living in London have been living in different parts of the world.

We're very easy going and enjoy spending time together, watching movies, listening to music, sharing drinks, going out, hosting friends, cooking, etc. During the week we're fairly focused on work although we also sometime to stuff but much more active over the weekend!

The price of the room is £1340 per month
