Large double (4.6 x 2.7m, or ~15' x ~9') in a 2 bedroom flatshare. Looking for a flatmate to move in anytime from early November. The room is spacious, bright, west facing so gets the sunset. The open plan kitchen / living space is good for having a few people around comfortably. The flat has fibre (500/100, yay) so no issues around streaming/gaming/working from home. The room will have a desk added. Short to medium term lets welcome.

One thing to note: If you like having a TV on as background noise we're probably not going to live together too well.

The flat is about equidistant (10 - 15 min walk) from Brixton, Oval and Stockwell Tube and Loughborough Junction rail stations (and buses go from 2 min away to those and elsewhere) so going out around here or elsewhere in London is easy and convenient.

There's a park across the road on one side of the building (with a basketball court), a garden square across the road on the other side of the building, and secured bike storage on the ground floor.
