Its a 5 bed house with no living room and 1 washroom. Cleaner is here every week(paid by us) £30 a month on top of the rent. Available from : 18th Sept and i will sublet from 18th to 26th as the agency wont start the contract form this date.
Rent is 775 with bills from 26th sept to 26th October . This is when my contract is ending and it is 810 after that but you can negotiate with the agency. If you want to get on the contract earlier you need to pay £50 admin fee and 810 kicks in from 26th september and again you can negotiate and i think they will agree for the current rent too Or you can sublet from me till 26th october and then get into a contract
