About the house:
1 Single room with a double bed available in a spacious, bright and clean house - just a 5 minute walk from Oval Station (Northern Line). The area is pleasant and quiet, with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, etc., nearby. The room comes complete with a well-sized desk, one wardrobes, one drawer, and a couple of other small pieces of furniture.

The house includes a large kitchen with loads of cupboard space and three fridges in total, along with a back garden. There are two bathrooms shared between the tenants.

You'll be living with four other friendly housemates in their 20s/early 30s (3 boys, one girl).

Rent + bills:
Rent is £680 per month. Council tax and wifi are covered. Gas, electricity and water aren't - these are split equally between the five housemates and typically come to £40/£45 per month
