Would suit someone fairly organised who likes some interaction but generally needs quiet clean space to unwind and retreat.

To share with one flatmate who is respectful, likes a generally clean home and keeps it tidy. Often busy but I'm up for a friendly chat and a drink when it's convenient for both.

Room has good storage space, double bed and sofa. Enough space to add a desk.

I would prefer minimum 3/4 months to long term and can start within days. I give written contract. Bills included. Price adjusted down for M-Fri.
