The apartment is of a very good size. It comes fully fitted with all mod & cons. including a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and good central heating throughout.

The room is spacious, and comes with a wardrobe and a slim chest of drawers, as well as a double bed and mattress.

The kitchen is of a good size and has plenty of storage space.

The flat also comprises a dining area and a living room with lots of natural light.

The bathroom is of a good size, and includes; a bath with shower attachment, a basin and the toilet.

There are three other housemates... we are all 22-26 years old. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith underground station on the Piccadilly line and District Line (Zone 2). There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 10 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Hammersmith and Westfield are a short walk away, and the area itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.
