The room is available for £939 per month in a lovely shared house with 3 friendly, considerate flatmates.

The best feature is the very large private garden and patio space out back — complete with a table, chairs and two big barbecues. It’s perfect for relaxing after work or hosting friends, and we’ve had some fantastic summer BBQ gatherings! (Garden is a bit overgrown in picture but this will cut by the time you move in don't worry!)

Inside, the flat is peaceful and well-kept, offering a quiet environment ideal for working professionals or students.
