Hi I am moving out of my room in a 3 bed 1 bath flat in Notting Hill at the end of November and looking for someone to replace me! You would be living with two other guys, one a PhD student at Imperial and the other a working professional.

The rent for the room is 1300 pcm with bills being about 60 quid on top each month.

The flat is about a 8 min walk to ladbroke grove station, 10 min walk to lancaster gate station.
