Hi! I’m (sadly) moving out of my large double room and looking for someone to replace me. My move out date is 22 May (but can be a bit flexible if needed).
We are looking for another girl to take over my room, between age 20-30 and professional (or willing to split council if you’re a student). The flat is genuinely so so lovely and well located! The neighborhood is very safe, even at night.
Finances 💰
Cost 💷: £1262.5 per month minus bills, council tax band D. Bills are around £120 per person, depending on usage.
The tenancy requirements are that you either have a UK based guarantor or an annual salary of at least £38,000.
Flat details 🏡
The flat is on the 3rd floor and fully furnished. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine) and a large living room. The flat gets lots of natural light, especially in the afternoon as the living room is west facing. There is also loads of storage space.
Room details🌞🛏️🌸
Bigger room (approx 20m2), furnished with double bed, in built wardrobes, 2 large dressers, desk, full length mirror, bedside table & heater/fan. As the room is east facing, the sunrises are really beautiful!! Plenty of room to move around the bed/ furniture too, if you want.
About your new flatmate☺️
Nayonika is 25, working in finance and originally from Dubai. She has lived in the flat for nearly 2 years and is a fantastic flatmate! She is very chill, enjoys reading and makes chai every morning (and is also a massive cricket fan)!! Also always down for a chat or flatmate dinner🫶.
She’d like a flatmate who is also clean, so that the flat can remain a comfortable place. She wfh one-two days of the week.
