I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a 3-bedroom house in Shepherd’s Bush (W12) from 1st October 😊

One of the biggest advantages of the room is definitely the location and transport connections. You have easy access to Shepherd’s Bush Market for the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, as well as Shepherd’s Bush station for the Central line and London Overground.

Plenty of bus connections nearby, including late-night services, making it easy to get home even later at night.

Westfield London is right by Shepherd’s Bush station, with shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pretty much everything you need within easy reach.

The room itself is bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light. It comes with a 4ft 6 double bed and new mattress, plus good wardrobe/storage space. There’s also plenty of room to add your own furniture and arrange the space however you like, so you can really make it feel like your own 😊

You’ll be sharing with two lovely working professionals. They’re friendly and easy-going, and everyone respects each other’s space, so it’s a nice balance between having people around and still being able to do your own thing.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

Includes £800 rent, council tax, water, internet, gas & electricity.
Outside the winter months, the total is usually lower.
Gas & electricity are on a top-up system, split between the three of you, so the exact monthly amount may vary depending on usage.

This is a change of tenant rather than a sublet, so the new tenant will need to complete the agency’s referencing process and, once approved, take over my place on the tenancy. The current tenancy runs until 28 February 2027.

The room is available from 1st October, with a little flexibility around the exact move-in date.
