Hello everyone,

It is a cosy flat on the second floor of a Victorian building that has been treated as a home with care and respect.

Please note that I am not the landlord.

This property was initially unfurnished, I have furnished the shared area.

In your room :
The built-in wardrobe, you need to get the bed as my previous flatmate decided to take the bed with her

**ABOUT YOU**

I am looking for a friendly professional flatmate aged 30 - 45 who generally works full-time in the office or any other job preferred not to work at home. a non-smoker, clean, and respectful of others’ space and privacy, as I am. It is a very small flat that is why looking for someone mature and understanding of sharing and keeping the standards of the property.

I appreciate someone who enjoys chatting from time to time or watching Netflix with a glass of wine 🍷, but who also leads their own life.

**ABOUT THE LOCATION**

The flat is conveniently located about equidistant from Holland Park/Shepherd's Bush (Central Line), High Street Kensington, and Kensington Olympia (District Line & Piccadilly Line).

It’s a fantastic area with plenty of shops nearby and the largest Westfield shopping centre in London. If you enjoy nature, there are also great parks for leisurely walks, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. 🙌

**ABOUT THE PRICE**

The monthly rent is £1,250 with bills averaging around £150 -£180 in winter (usually less in summer)

The agency and I are managing the property efficiently and will handle all administrative checks, including references.

**ABOUT ME**

I am a professional working as a PA in the city. I am clean, tidy, and well-organised, and I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

In my spare time, I enjoy jogging, practising yoga and pilates going to the spa, taking long walks, and socialising with friends. Music, reading, and travelling are my favourite hobbies.
