THE ROOM
This room has been amazing for settling into London. It is located on the top floor (loft) with private staircase access and a lock. It is spacious with a double bed, built in desk (perfect for working from home), built in wardrobe and extra storage in the walls. It also has a private en-suite with a toilet, shower, sink and small storage space. The room will come with the desk chair, bed frame, mattress and bedside table. It also has three large Velux windows with blackout blinds that can be opened to let in lots of natural light and fresh air.

THE HOUSE
It is a big house, three stories high, with your room situated on the top floor. This house has been recently renovated and I have been the first to live in the upstairs room since the renovation was complete - so it’s in perfect condition. Including yourself there are 7 tenants across 6 bedrooms. Everyone is very friendly, and it doesn’t feel crowded or anything as everyone has their own lives and work on different schedules. The kitchen features two stoves, two sinks, two fridges and two freezers - so there’s always plenty of time and space to cook! There is an oven, plenty of pantry storage for you, and a washing machine! The shared spaces also consist of a dining table and chairs, and a small living area with two lounges (no TV). There is a large garden out the back for you to sit and soak in the sun!

THE AREA
This house is so close to East Acton station (central line). About a 3 minute walk away. There is a corner shop also a 3-minute walk away with plenty of goods to stock up on. 10-minute walk away is a large LIDL store and more shops like chemists, fruit shops etc. White City is one stop away on the tube where you can step right into Westfields London with heaps of shopping, gyms etc. Acton is a 20 minute walk away with loads of cafes, and more.
