The location is East Acton about 10-15 mins by walk the station, the area is very nice and safe, there is Tesco on one side and Lidl on another side. Is pretty good location if you think that is very close to Westfield shopping mall and pretty close to the lovely area of Hammersmith.
The rent is 800£ no bills included usually they never higher of 150£.
There is deposit fee to pay you would need to talk about it with the landlord.
Is a very chill and happy house, included me is 4 of us so in this case you would be sharing with other 3 people, they are very lovely and fun people, we do like to socialise to each other.
