We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Frithville Court, W12 7JH. Ideally looking for a girl, 23+, and working professional. This is flexible though!

The flat is spacious with a big living room, little balcony, good-sized kitchen, shower room + separate toilet. We’ve got big windows so it’s super bright and gets a really nice breeze.

The location is ideal
Close to food shops - mainly using Tescos, Sainsbury’s or Lidl
Near the Main Street but our residential street is quiet
Shepherds Bush Market tube stop - 2min walk
Shepherds Bush Station - <10 min walk
Westfield shopping centre - 4 min walk
Different theatres, cafes, pubs nearby
Surrounding areas also lovely - Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Chiswick etc.
Were also have a lovely little park at the end of our road with a Japanese garden and free tennis courts

You’d be living with Grace, 23, who works in retail but whose passion is animation & Hannah, 26, who works as a Studio Manager and loves art and tennis.

We’re both clean and pretty chilled, but definitely like having a chat and being sociable. Looking for someone similar - happy to do our own thing but also grab a drink, watch something together or have a catch-up.

£870 pcm + bills (usually around £150pp).
