Clean, peaceful/quiet, safe low occupancy household. Not a party house. Great for all travel. snd spolied for food places/gyms and shops. Anything you need is a few mins walk, plus parks to enjoy. Supermarkets galore all close by.
I live here and rent out upstairs and have a dog and cat, but they are contained downststairs at all time so they aren't any bothrer to you at all unless you want to be . Dog is very friendly but never in your space. Almost a flat downstairs. .
